Here you can read some details about a nifty little lifecycle of your order’s journey from the time you place your order to your new treasures arriving at your doorstep. At first you choose the product you like. Then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks. Our store offers several payment and , so you have an opportunity to choose which one is the most convenient for you

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Changes to Special Delivery Guaranteed
  • In light of the changing coronavirus restrictions announced on Saturday 19th December 2020, we have made the difficult decision to make the following changes to our timed guarantees for our Special Delivery by 9am and 1pm services:
    • For Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm items posted on Wednesday 23rd December we are suspending our delivery guarantee.
    • While we cannot currently provide a guarantee that items posted on Wednesday 23rd December will arrive prior to Christmas due to the impact of the new coronavirus restrictions, we can assure you that we will be endeavouring to deliver all items as quickly as possible. We know how important this is.
    • Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm items posted up to and including Tuesday 22nd December remain unchanged.

UPS Standard 1-2 working days up to 20 kg - £5.54


You the customer must contact us at vie email within 5 working days if your parcel has not been received within the allocated shipping time for your destination. If you do not and the parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost. If for any reason at all you simply change your mind and wish to have you order refunded you will be charged a £2 refund transaction fee plus the cost of shipping if we have already sent it out you. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email. After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.


Non-defective products can be returned within 14 Days of invoice, in new condition with all original packing material and invoice/receipts for a refund minus the original shipping cost we paid to ship the product to you. The shipping charge will not be applicable in the event an incorrect item was shipped. All items purchased from  are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


We will gladly exchange our products, providing they return to our store within 14 days of invoice and are in the same condition which they left. The costs for the shipping to return the parcel to PJ COSMO LTD , will be covered by the customer and the costs for the replacement to be sent out would also need to be covered by the customer.
